Open to anyone 18 years old or younger. Participants – make a costume for their animal and exhibitor! Video requirements are as follows:

- Video can be no longer than 30 seconds.
- Begin video by stating the name of exhibitor and animal and what the costume title is
- Walk in a straight line looking at the camera so we get a good look at the costume.
- Judge will be picked by the Washington County Fair Committee.
- SUBMISSIONS DUE BY AUGUST 1, 2020!
Awards include: $15.00 for most original; $15.00 for cutest; $15.00 for most agricultural; $15.00 for funniest; $15.00 for most artistic; $15.00 for most patriotic.
