- In order to be considered, participants must be a 4-H member, and submit a photo of the item by August 1st, 2020
- Any winning exhibits from the previous years are prohibited from entry.
- The decision of the judges is final.
- Cash will be award in each contest at the discretion of the judge. Places include 1st – $15, 2nd – $10, and 3rd – $5.
- By submitting a photo to the Washington County Fair, the participant waives their right to the photo and grants the Fair Committee ownership rights to the photo. The Fair Committee has the right to post the photo on the fair website, social media, and any other platform they choose to.
