Could the Washington County Fairgrounds be the home for your next event?
The Washington County Fairgrounds is the home to different special events throughout the year for various organizations. With ample parking and a mix of venue options from the main stage, multiple rings, indoor buildings, the Washington County Fairgrounds can be a great option to host your event.
Below are some key notes regarding special events at the fairgrounds:
- Fees: Fees are set on an event by event basis depending on fairground usage.
- Special Event Black Out Dates: No Special Events are hosted from the last week in July through the month of August.
- Alcohol and Cannabis: No event is allowed to sell or use Alcohol or Cannabis on the fairgrounds - no exceptions.
- Public Events: Must obtain all necessary permits from the Town of Richmond, hire all necessary Police/Fire/EMTs required.
- Livestock Events: Any livestock event must get the written approval from the State Vet to host their special event at the Fairgournds.
